Library Services for Homeschoolers
Teacher Card
Homeschooling parents are eligible for a Marysville Public Library Teacher Card. This card will provide you with special borrowing privileges designed to help you make full use of the library's resources. Click here for more information about the Teacher Card Loan Policies.
Teacher Collection Requests
Do you need a collection of books to support a theme or topic you are using in your classroom? Use our Teacher Collection Request Form to allow the Youth Department staff to pull up to 60 items for you and have them ready for a quick pick up. Please 14 days advance notice so that we may put together the best collection possible for you.
Assignment Notification
Are your students working on a big assignment, project or research paper? Tell us about it by filling out our Assignment Notification Form. We will then be able to pull together materials and resources that will help give your students a place to start their research.
Library Visits
Want to bring your students to the library? Contact Kate McCartney to set up a tour, storytime, library instruction, research help or other program.
Parent/Teacher Collection
Did you know the library has a whole collection of books for teachers and parents? Browse through our Parent/Teacher collection for books about everything from how to teach math to how to read aloud to kids. (Located in the Youth Services Department)
