Reserve a Library Meeting Room

Marysville Public Library offers free meeting room reservations for community use. Whether you're planning a group discussion, educational event, or community meeting, our spaces are here to support connection and learning.

Please note:
Meeting rooms cannot be used for private parties, including birthdays, baby showers, or similar celebrations. Use of the rooms for financial gain, such as selling goods or services, marketing, fundraising, or accepting donations, is also prohibited.

Available Meeting Rooms

Meeting Room A

Room Size: 40 ft. long × 26 ft. wide
Total Capacity: 65
Features: Large screen with HDMI connection, whiteboard, AV setup

Meeting Room B

Room Size: 24 ft. wide × 24 ft. long
Total Capacity: 25
Features: Large screen with HDMI connection, whiteboard, AV setup

Both meeting rooms are located on the lower level of the library.

Booking Guidelines

  • Bookings can be made up to 60 days in advance
  • Limit of 15 hours per month or once per day per group
  • Same-day bookings are allowed, pending room availability
  • Cancellations or rescheduling are permitted at any time, but rescheduling depends on room availability
  • You do not need a library card to reserve a room
  • Meeting rooms are available during all regular library hours
  • Rooms are unavailable only on library closure days; there are no blackout dates otherwise
