Fox Box is for tweens/teens in 7th to 12th grade.
2How do I sign up for Fox Box?
Fill out the Microsoft Form to get started! The form will help us cater your box to you! This also helps us pick the right special mystery gifts.
3What happens after I sign up?
You will be emailed to confirm your subscription to Fox Box. We accept 10 participants each time we open our form. When the 10 subscription slots have been filled, the survey will be unavailable. Keep up with us online so you know when the form has reopened!
4Do I need to have a Marysville Public Library card to sign up for Fox Box?
To sign up you will need to have either a card from the Marysville Public Library or a card from a library in the Central Ohio Library Consortium*.
Fox Box can only be picked up from the Marysville Public Library.
5What are the mystery gifts?
Mystery gifts can be anything: candy, stickers, bookmarks, fidgets, craft kits, and more!
The more details you put on your form, the more personalized we can make your mystery
gifts.
